Rock’n'Roll in Switzerland! “ANNELIE” became an insider’s tip of the 48. Solothurner Filmtage and received great reviews from the audience and the press. Thanks to Berner Zeitung, Der Bund and Bieler Tagblatt!

Once around the globe and back to Germany. Directly after Busan and Vancouver ANNELIE is to be seen in the Hof International Film Festival (from the 23rd to the 28th of October, 2012).

“In a memorable passage, historian Fernand Braudel once described how Europeans came to distinguish between the “deserving” and “undeserving” poor. Virtually all the inhabitants of the rundown Annelie Pension fall into the latter category, but that doesn’t mean they’re willing to be treated like yesterday’s wienerschnitzel. In his debut feature, Antej Farac goes to bat for a group of individuals who want to “Kiss” their troubles goodbye. It seems likely that Chancellor Angela Merkel would strongly disapprove.”
Thanks for this great review
